The detached house MoorRose in Jade-Sehestedt offers 90 m² of space for up to 6 people. It is rural, right in a bay by the sea and has a closed, fenced property with garden, terrace and lake view. Amenities include a full kitchen, infrared cabin, fireplace, underfloor heating, high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking. Pets are allowed. The space Description With about 90 square meters of living space, a large terrace and an infrared sauna, our MoorRose vacation home is ideal for families and offers enough space for up to 6 people including children and dogs. The center of the house is the spacious kitchen and living area with large windows and a gas fireplace. Bright rooms, tiled floors with underfloor heating and tasteful furnishings create an atmosphere to feel good. A high-quality living area, a gas fireplace for cozy evenings and modern amenities such as TV and Wi-Fi await you. The open fitted kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave) and the open dining area offers enough space for 6 people. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200) and has a modern shower room with infrared sauna ensuite. The second shower room can be reached via the hallway. The second bedroom has another double bed (140 x 200) and a separate reading gallery, which can be reached via a small staircase. Another bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed. Here the play floor is accessible via a staircase. All windows are provided with pleated blinds and/or blackout blinds. A washing machine and dryer complete the furnishings. Two parking spaces are on the premises. A bicycle storage facility is located in the separate wooden shed. You can charge your electric vehicle at the wallbox at the carport from the end of 2022. Billing is done separately. Our house Moorrose is located in the new holiday village Jade-Sehestedt on the Jade Bay in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Wadden Sea. Here is a nature reserve of a special kind, the floating moor, the only outer dyke moor on earth. Discover the still untouched nature, directly on the sea. Enjoy the expanse of the Wesermarsch, the mudflats, the sea, the wind and unwind. On foot or by bike you can reach the beach section Sehestedt on the Wadden Sea with swimming facilities, which is only about 800 m away. You can be supplied daily by a bread service. In Varel, 15 km away, you will find all the shops for your daily needs. If you are looking for variety, you can reach many destinations nearby by car, sights such as museums, zoos, ports and sporting events as well as nearby sandy beaches. Pets are welcome in this house for a cleaning fee! This is a non-smoking house. Parties and events are not allowed in this vacation home. The vacation home area is still under development and there may be some noise and dust on or in the property. A "construction site discount" has already been taken into account.
