Papa's Retreat

Our renovated camper will make your stay so relaxing and memorable. You will surely enjoy the amentities and a peaceful mountain view. It is located right at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains and easy access to "Mayberry" attractions. Some of the downtown experiences like: The Andy Griffith Museum, Andy Griffith home place, Wally's Service Station (& tours), Mayberry courthouse & jail, and "downtown" has many unique stores and places to eat. The space The camper has 1 bedroom and is very "roomy" in case you have several people staying. The living room area has a sleeper sofa and then the kitchen table folds down to be a bed as well (best suited for children) . Guest access The camper is located on a private lot that is very nice and cozy. It has a firepit area and a hammock as well to enjoy peaceful outside activities. Other things to note We are located in Cana VA, just past the NC line. We are close to all of the Mt Airy/Mayberry attractions. There is also a Dollar General and Love's Truck Stop with a McDonalds and Subway about 1 mile away.
