Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Only 24 miles from Beaver Stadium, State College. The space This beauty is our family home. We hope our guests love it and enjoy it as much as we do. We try to minimize all of our "stuff", but there will still be some of our personal belongings here. This is a ranch home with 3 beds, 2 full baths upstairs, and 2 beds, 1 bath in the finished basement. This house is located in central PA, with a quick, 25-30 min drive to State College, PA. Home of Penn State!! However this area in itself is beautiful. Lots of mountains, hiking, fishing, and more with many state parks close by. Poe Valley states park 13 miles away (estimated 30 min drive in the mountains), Reeds Gap State Park is about 5.8 mile (estimated 14 minute drive). Lots of Amish made items/stores in area. Guest access The only space that we ask guest not to use is the closest and a couple of the drawers. The inside refrigerator is yours to use, alone with the pantry beside it. Other things to note There is a hot tub on the premises, but unfortunately it is NOT in working order at this time. I'm very sorry for the inconvenient. My daughter does have toy and some with small pieces in her room, so if you are going to have small children with you and would like me to put away the small pieces please just let me know. Before checking out please put all bedding on floor and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Thanks so much!
