Mountain home with amazing views and private pond

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Close to everything yet completely private. Enjoy the views from the balcony, living room, from both bedrooms, or sit back by the pond and enjoy the quiet. House is 9 miles to downtown Waynesville, 35 to Asheville, 12 from ski area, 23 from Harrah's Casino, and 31 from WCU. Enjoy the lively food scene area has to offer, stop by Asheville, or enjoy the breathtaking outdoors. There is fun things to do for everyone in the family. @Willow_VHR The space Fully stocked kitchen with island that seats 4. Dining room table seats 6. Spacious pull out sectional with upgraded queen size mattress in the living room. Main bedroom has king size bed and it’s own bathroom with a shower. We added a Queen size sleeper sofa to the main bedroom which can now be used as family suite. With this addition, we can sleep 8 at the house. Work space set up in the main bedroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Washer and drier in the laundry room, off of kitchen. Balcony has a dining room table with 6 chairs and umbrella. Propane grill available on balcony. If used, we kindly ask for the grill to be left in the condition it was found, cleaned and cover placed back on. Chairs available to use by the pond. Cleaning crew does not clean the grill nor the area around the pond. Those are extra amenities we offer to our guests and we ask you leave them as found, for our next guests to use. Guest access Main living space available for our guests. Basement is not finished and it’s behind locked doors. Other things to note Fireplace is seasonal and available for use November through March. Smart TV - guests can log in with their own credentials to use the applications they usually use. Please be mindful of a 15 mph speed limit in the neighborhood. Speed bumps are in place. 4WD/AWD strongly recommended during the winter months. Roads to the house and our driveway are paved.
