Relax at the Saluda Sunrise House. The home has 3 primary suites with new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a living room with high ceilings. Enjoy Outdoor Living with Mountain View’s, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit, multiple seating areas, and a new hot tub. The downstairs has a rec room with 65 inch TV, ping pong table, and a 2nd kitchen. We are only minutes to whitewater rafting, hiking, zip lining, and Downtown Saluda. We are 20 minutes to the Tryon Equestrian Center and Hendersonville. The space The home is dog friendly with a fenced in yard! All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom! Baby/dog gate at the stairs to the lower level. Downstairs is the recreation room, the 3rd bedroom, a 2nd smaller full kitchen and a gated laundry area perfect for your pets to sleep in. Both porches have a great mountain view, and If you are an early riser check out the sunrise over Little Warrior mountain in our back yard. 🌄 Star gazing is a must from the hot tub, and also with the mountain veiw. Guest access Whole home, yard (front yard is fenced) and driveway. Other things to note 2 dogs allowed $100.00 pet fee , no puppies under 1 year. Will consider more than 2 dogs with an additional $50.00 per extra dog. Unfortunately we are unable to host cats because of owners allergies.
