Very bright and lovely 1-bed apartment. Fully furnished with a queen bed and and sofa bed. It is 2 mins walking to Paiporta Metro station and 15 mins by metro/car to the city centre. The beach is 15 km away (20 min driving) Please note the flat is located on the 5th floor of an old building with NO elevator. Therefore, you will have to take the stairs The location is excellent for visiting Valencia. There is free parking across the street and there is also a free public parking 2 min away The space The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with NO elevator. It is very bright, spacious and fully furnished to make your stay very confortable. The apartment is divided in: - Living room with sofa bed (bed of 140 cm) where two people can sleep, dining table and tv. Please note this area does NOT have A/C or heating. There is also a small balcony. - A large equipped kitchen with gas stove, large fridge, microwave, toaster, French presser, blender, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. - Laundry room with washing machine - Bathroom with bathtub - Bedroom with a queen bed, A/C- heating splitter and two wardrobes. Guest have access to the whole property. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment Other things to note There is no elevator. The apartment is on a fifth floor. Please note air conditioning/ heating is ONLY available on the bedroom and NOT in the living-dining room where the sofa bed is located. We are able to accommodate late check in from 20.00 onwards.
