Set just above the sea, it offers a peaceful retreat away from crowds and traffic, with open views directly toward the water. It is an ideal base for exploring Santorini during the day and returning to a calm, private place, perfect for reading, writing, or quietly gazing out over the Aegean. The space Sonus Mare 1 is located on the upper level of a small, discreet complex, with no neighboring houses to the sides or front, offering privacy and open views toward the sea. The house features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is fully equipped for independent stays, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen. It offers two private terraces: a front terrace facing the open sea, ideal for outdoor relaxation, and a rear terrace with a separate entrance and direct access from the parking area via a ramp, allowing step-free entry and complete independence, with no contact or interaction with the occupants of the lower residences. Breakfast is not provided by design in order to preserve privacy and uninterrupted quiet, while guests may prepare their own meals or order food delivery from local restaurants and stores. Housekeeping service is included every other day, upon prior arrangement and guest approval, during morning hours (10:00–13:00), only while guests are away from the house. Cleaning days can be adjusted flexibly according to guests’ preferences. The surrounding area is exceptionally quiet, with no nearby hotels or traffic, while key locations such as Fira, Oia, and the airport are within a 10–15 minute drive. Guest access Step-free access is available via a ramp through a separate rear entrance, allowing easy and independent access to the house. Other things to note High-speed Wi-Fi (170 Mbps) is available throughout the house, suitable for remote work and streaming. Due to the quiet, seaside location, a car is recommended for convenient access around the island.
