This home is perfect for a traveling health professional or film/tv industry worker who is looking for temporary housing. The home features all the amenities you would need including fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 Smart Roku TV, a serene stream in the backyard, and security. You are nestled in a quiet community near East Atlanta Village, hospitals, restaurants, shops, and downtown Atlanta. Your safety, comfort, and enjoyment are my priorities, & I welcome you to my home! The space You will have access to one private bedroom with a Queen size bed, closet, and TV, as well as a private bathroom. Be aware that this is my personal residence. I work from home mostly, but I travel often so it’s likely that we may not see a lot of each other. Only 1 adult single guest is strictly enforced! The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. With its quiet location, you get the best of both worlds; enjoy city life nearby or relax in this private, wooded retreat. It truly is the perfect getaway yet minutes from everything you need. Because my home is just miles from major interstates, you can get everywhere quickly. You won't regret booking here! Please note there are security cameras around the exterior of the home. At no point should the cameras ever be unplugged or the view obstructed/covered. They are there for your protection and mine. Also, Please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping quiet after 10pm and not parking in the street. Guest access Guests have full access to the main level of the home with the EXCEPTION of the Master Bedroom! Also, the refrigerator and freezer are for guest use EXCEPT the food items on the top shelf and fridge door. Guests do NOT have access to any food or cosmetic products in the home including inside cupboards, fridge and freezer. During your stay I can be reached easily via the messages on the app or by phone. Other things to note This is an older home so absolutely NOTHING other than toilet paper/tissue should go in and be flushed down the toilets. Please do not place any food in the sink incinerator. Treat this home with the same care you would treat Grandma's place :) No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you automatically via email for the duration of your stay.
