When the leaves are on you have compete privacy from the neighbors. When the leaves are off you will enjoy seeing the lake! Guest access It is a private downstairs space for only you. It is not accessible from upstairs for your privacy. The backyard and right side of yard are also available for your use. Has a concrete sidewalk to get from the parking for two cars to the door.
