The space Our unit features a queen-size bed with two extra high-quality mattresses, premium bedding, a duvet cover, comforter, soft memory foam, and pillows, ensuring ultimate comfort for up to 4 people. A spare cushion is also available. The split-type air conditioner maintains a comfortable temperature for a restful night's sleep. The fully functional kitchen includes a microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, rice cooker, electric stove ,coffee maker , waffle maker and more. Enjoy fast internet, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a mini bar table and chair. The unit is located next to SM Bicutan ( 3-5 minutes walk -our tower have direct access to the mall ) , with convenience stores, laundry services, a water refilling station, restaurants, coffee shops, spa and an aesthetic clinic nearby. The airport is also very close. (15-20 mins away) Enjoy stunning city views and sunsets from the unit or the rooftop. Transportation options include jeepneys, Grab, taxis, or Angkas. Other things to note The unit is equipped with a smart lock. We will provide you with the passcode after the remaining balance is settled on the day of your booking. The passcode will be activated at 2:00 pm and will expire at 12:15 pm the following day. Please ensure your belongings are ready and the room is in good condition by then. Our caretaker/cleaner will meet you at the end of your stay to check the room. Mini grocery items is available at the unit to serve the guest on it’s convenience , you can pay directly with us for the items you bought .
