Beautiful home in Papamoa beach that has 4 rooms with , a big kitchen and scullery, a living and media room and 2 and a half bathrooms. The house was built and designed for families and has a big deck for Bbqs and lawn to for the kids to play ball. We are a 5 minute drive to the beach and also have direct access to thewalk way/bike track directly outside our front gate. We are a 10-15 minute drive to mount maunganui and 10 minute drive to Te puke! Across the road is a new retail area opening2026 The space A beautiful place to make some summer holiday memories with a big open living area that opens out to the a big outdoor space. Great for Bbqs and enjoy some all day sun while the family play in pool. The driveway has a basketball play area and can fit a couple of cars but there is also roadside parking and another entry gate. We are located in Papamoa close to walkways, local markets, bookshops, padel club, tennis, Gordon Spratt fields, skateparks, shops and schools. We are close to papamoa hills 8minutes drive and kaiate falls 15mins drive. We are a 15-20minute walk to the beach otherwise 5minutes drive. There is an outside trampoline for the kids to enjoy and some outdoor toys available as well as puzzles, board games and books to relax with on those rainy days. There is Leo pizza a 2 minute walk and shops, pharmacy, dirty Billie’s coffee shop at the Hatch around 5minute walk. On Sundays there is a farmers market at the local school Te Manawa, which is worth checking out. Check out The Yard also , it’s an outdoor food truck venue that sometimes has a live band in the weekends (located on Parton road). Recently they have built a new retail area directly across the road that will open in 2026. You can see this from the outdoor space where we have built a new outdoor roof extension and a panel wall for shade and a little more privacy. (Photos to come) The rooms are provided with quality linen and a towel per guest. There are staple ingredients for your use however we don’t provide butter/cheese. Kitchen appliances- 2x rice cookers 1x extra large pot with 6smaller ones 4x pans (different sizes) 1x cheese grater 1x Blender 1x Air Fryer 1x cake mixer 1x coffee machine 1x bottle warmer 1x sandwich toaster 1x waffle machine 1x jug 1x toaster Assorted cutlery and utensils Cups, glasses, wine glasses etc Bowls, cooking trays, muffin trays, Containers, serving trays, cake trays, chopping boards and more Coffee, tea and milk are supplied. We offer a dryer and washing machine during your stay. There is a gym with weights/ bands (no cardio machines) A media room. There is no gaming console however easy for you to connect one if you choose to bring one. An office area with a printer. We ask that you use only if you require a copy of things printed. Sky tv with sports available on the living area tv only and Netflix is available on all three tvs. A Bbq, gas cooker, a large fridge and extra bar fridge in the scullery. A dishwasher, large sink, cleaning products, Cleaning equipment. The house has plenty of space to host big families with a big outdoor dining table and chairs and two sun beds. There are two dining areas in the open living area. We have a couple of scooters, toddler bike available for your stay too. 😊 Other things to note The house is at the end of an industrial area in a newly built residential area. The house is on a corner with only one neighbor so plenty of privacy to host family and friends. The great thing about this house is built for bigger families or groups and has a kitchen with everything you need. The house has 4 rooms. In room one is the bunk room that has 2x king single beds, 2x smaller single beds (ideal for small children). Room 2 has one double bed, Room 3 has one queen bed, Room 4 has 1 super king. The house sleeps 10 people. If you require more beds to sleep more people then please request (all extra people are extra cost).
