The space is ideal for corporate travelers, couples, families with kids and tourists. The key aspects are * The studio has an attached balcony with views of the city skyline * The studio has a kitchen for self-cooking (there is room service as well) * Amenities are modern and the studio is designed for work from home as well (good quality chairs and desk) * We do also have long term discounts if you are planning to rent for the long term basis * These studios are designed for all the joys of modern living along with the extra space you need. The place is managed by Perch Service Apartments and there is staff on premises for any of your needs. Guest access Guests will have access to the downstairs reception area, the hallways to their studios, their own studios (of course!), as well as the breakfast buffet area. We have a small gym and a lounge in the basement if you would like to spend some time outside the room. We do also have some parking right outside the gate and inside, but please do call in advance to check the availability (usually not an issue). There is also some parking a little distance from the building itself on Moulsari Avenue. Other things to note The exact studio allocated to you may differ from the one shown in the photos as we have multiple studios in the building. The amenities and the design will be identical but as the location/floor may vary. We will try our best to accommodate your personal preferences in terms of which studio you would like.
