Wagtail Cottage a little gem overlooking the river

Set in the heart of 'Old Canterbury' this newly renovated and extended little cottage is truly the best of both worlds, being completely original 19th Century outside, but completely re-built and re-equipped inside. Ideal for single or couple occupancy, absolutely everything inside is brand new, including oak floors with underfloor heating downstairs, stylish 'Reina Design' radiators upstairs, and the latest 'Accoya' double glazing and doors to keep you cozy throughout the year! The space Set in the heart of the old city of Canterbury, only minutes walk from all of the sights! Guest access The whole Cottage is yours to enjoy privately. Parking is available by arrangement, as we have the use of a private gated parking area for 12+ cars nearby. If you book parking, it will be available for the duration of your stay, and all day on both check in and check out days, so that you can explore our historic city at your leisure :-) Other things to note Unlike many we use pristine white cotton bedding and white cotton towels in all of our properties. Why? So we can wash them at 95 degrees on a two hour cycle between guests, and be sure that they are perfectly clean... Need we say more? 🤔
