Apartment in Kreuzberg/Mitte - cozy & quiet apartment

Hey lovely people, I rent out my beautiful und quiet apartment with high ceilings and a balcony when I am out of town. The apartment is located directly at the Engelbecken an only 10 Minutes walking distance to Kottbussertor. It is perfectly connected to public transport (U8, U12, U3 & Jannowitzbrücke S-Bahn) . That means in a short time you are both in the city center (Mitte) but also not far away from the heart of Kreuzberg, where the best bars and restaurants are awaiting you :) The space The apartment will be entirely yours (45qm). It consists of a large room with a double bed and a comfortable sofa where two additional people could sleep. Separated by a double door there is access to a kitchen with an extendable dining table for 2- 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped for up to 4 people. Everything you find there can be used. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A small balcony invites you especially in the morning to have a coffee or breakfast outside. The apartment is tastely furnished with a lot of details and plants. You can see that my home is full of love and a great place to live, work and explore Berlin at its best. :) Regarding the check-in and check-out times, the given times are just meant to be a guideline. I'm quite open and flexible so let me know, what suits you best and we will surely manage to find a solution that matched both of us :) No smoking inside (only balcony), no parties, no "non-guest" stayovers please.
