Bring the whole family to this updated home with lots of room for fun! The space is equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay like a well-stocked kitchen, large family room with 65" tv, playroom with lots of toys and games upstairs, and an outdoor fire pit! Located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, close to grocery stores and parks, a short drive to downtown Fargo, NDSU, the Fargodome, and conveniently close to I-94 and I-29. Social Media @northerly.homes The space The whole space has been completely renovated, so everything is brand new and very clean! We’ve done our best to furnish the home with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including plush towels, cozy linens, a stocked kitchen, and things to do like games and books. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen beds and 1 with a twin trundle bed, so you can easily sleep up to 8 people. There is also a pack ‘n play in the twin bedroom’s closet and includes a sheet. There are 2 full bathrooms and the main floor linen closet is stocked with towels, soaps, etc. Second bathroom will have 2 towels in the drawer. The kitchen has basic essentials like baking dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, utensils, etc. There is oil, salt, and pepper, garlic and onion powders…but if you’ll want more exciting spices be sure to bring yours! The attic play room is the perfect kid hangout! 2 giant beanbag chairs, a shelf full of games, a few small toys, and a kiddy table. The basement family room is perfect for movie nights and game time! The 65” Roku tv is set up with most major streaming channels for you to sign into your own account. The huge, comfy sectional sofa and big game table (or dinner table) let everyone spread out and have space to enjoy. The backyard is mostly fenced in, minus the gap between the house and garage. It’s a nice big space for the kiddos to get their wiggles out! We just added a fire pit area, and included marshmallow roasting sticks in the kitchen, so be sure to bring your s’mores supplies ;) There’s also a basketball hoop on the garage, and a basketball is provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except the garage and a locked storage closet in the basement. If bad weather is forecast, the garage can be available for 1 vehicle by request. Other things to note *sorry, no pets* If it is discovered you have brought a pet, a $100 pet fee will be collected
