Condo in Sun Valley

The Happy Trails Condo is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Sun Valley, loaded with amenities and comforts for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, washer, dryer, Wifi, and TVs with access to all your streaming subscriptions. Seasonal amenities, available for an extra fee, include swimming pool & hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, and golf course. You are minutes from the Sun Valley Ski Resort, and hiking trails start right outside your door. The space This first floor corner unit offers you plenty of light as well as privacy for a relaxing Sun Valley get away. Our condo is ideal for 2 couples or a family with kids. Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and no more than 6 persons can occupy the condo. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This is a smoke-free (vape-free) home and pets are not allowed. This cozy condo is our home when we come to Sun Valley, so please be respectful of the property and our neighbors. BEDROOMS: A master bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. Linens provided including extra pillows and blankets. Sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more and there is a pack n play available in the unit- please bring your own crib sheet. BATHROOMS: Master bath has walk-in shower and dual sinks. Second bathroom has bathtub with shower and sink. Both bathrooms have shampoo and shower gel, and towels. Extra towels in the hallway storage. LIVING & DINING ROOM: Two comfortable couches, a flat-screen TV & DVD player, gas fireplace, and a dining table that seats six. KITCHEN: Fully-equipped with dishware and flatware, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Crockpot, blender, rice cooker, waffle maker, electric griddle, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and a breakfast bar with bar stools. Cooking basics including oil, salt, sugar, some spices and ground coffee. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer in unit. Small amount of laundry soap provided per stay. Water heater and vacuum located here. BBQ: There is a gas grill on the front deck that requires a standard Coleman 16oz propane tank. Please bring one if you plan to use the BBQ, and clean the grill after use. HEATING/COOLING: There is central forced heating and a gas fireplace. There is no air conditioning but the master bedroom has a ceiling fans and there is one portable electric fan in the closet. EXTRAS: There are folding lawn chairs, a cooler, and plastic snow sleds in the laundry room for guest use. Please treat this equipment as you would your own, and replace it when you are done. Guest access You will have private access to the entire condo during your stay. Parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis in front of the condo. Other things to note As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules: 1. No shoes in the condo beyond the entry. 2. Please do not rearrange the furniture. 3. Please follow the check-in and check-out instructions in the “Happy Trails Condo” binder. 4. Let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. Please note, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. AMENITY INFORMATION: - The Village pool is open from Memorial Day through September 23. - The Village hot tub or Harker hot tub is open from Memorial Day to September 23, and during the ski season (Thanksgiving weekend to closing day in March/April). - Tennis and Pickleball courts are open weather permitting from 8am-4pm spring to fall. - The Harker pool and hot tub is open Memorial Day until Labor Day. - The Elkhorn golf course is open to the public from Spring to Fall. Reservations and green fees are required. Guests with amenity access pass receive a discount on green fees. - Check out the website elkhorninsunvalley (.com) for more information. An amenity pass is required to access these Elkhorn amenities. If you would like amenity passes for your group, there is an additional fee of $240 per week in the summer, and $50 per week in the winter. Please contact us at least 1 week prior to your stay if you would like to add this to your stay. The Fairway Nine hot tub and pool is currently closed for renovation.
