Basement room with private bathroom and entrance

We rent the basement of our house in Krefeld Königshof. This includes a large living room with TV, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi, private shower room and entrance through the garden. We, Brigitte and Heinz, live on the upper floor and are available as a point of contact on site.
