The Muleshoe Getaway offers a cofortable space to relax, play games, read, cook AND a night of restful sleep. With the local bakery, museums, small putt-putt golf, playground and a park only a short walk away! There are a few shops in our small mining town. History and hiking trails abound! The alley access allows the street facing portion of this building to remain an antique store during the hours of 11-3 most wekends and sometimes wkdays. Some noise may be heard during these hours. As you walk in through the full kitchen you may enter into the living room, bedroom or restroom. The living room has two comfortable couches, one of them a queen pullout. The sheets for the pullout are in a neighboring bedroom's cedar chest along with blankets. This bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser and nightstand. Travel back through living room and kitchen to the other bedroom with a double bed, dresser and desk. There is also a small washer/dryer combination located in this room. This backs to the 3/4 bathroom. The keypad access code will be shared with you prior to arrival. You may have access to the entire living space. The yard has a variety of seating options including a table with an umbrella near the bbq. There are two chairs and a table, closer to the entrance, available to all, but required for cigarette smoking. You should be able to fit at least two cars comfortably on the premisis. If you have small children, enjoy the neighborhood playground just outside the door and across the alley. If you need some essential items or snacks the Claim Jumper is less than 2 blocks away. There are a few watering holes close by as well. Victor is small enough to walk around but steep so that you may need to take your time, especially if you are not acclimated. There is a shuttle running several times a day between Cripple Creek and Victor for a minimal fee, if any. Ramblin Express can bring you to Cripple Creek from a variety of locations.
