Beautiful villa with pool tennis and outdoor sauna

Relax in our peaceful villa located in beautiful surroundings and includes a private swimming pool and tennis court as well as an outdoor sauna. Our home is situated in the quiet countryside of Lasne 10 minutes from Waterloo and just 30 minutes away from Brussels. The space Dear guests, we offer an idillic setting for your trips to the capital of Europe. Our villa is located on a large plot with pine and oak trees in abundance. Private entrance through gate with security code. The entrance hall leads to a nice reception area with a piano, providing access to a large living room on the one side and kitchen to the other. Living room has a U shaped sofa, accompanied by two poofs. Open cassette fire (wood available upon request) and 55” smart TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven, steam oven, microwave and coffee machine. Samsung fridge freezer with interactive screen and table for 4/6 persons. Leading on from the kitchen is a separate dining room, currently with table for 6/8 but will be changed to a larger table to accommodate 10 guests. On the first floor you will find the parents quarter with an on-suite bathroom, including a Villeroy & Boch jacuzzi bath and shower with separate toilet. Three more bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a large single (120x200). Additional toilet, bathroom and shower room equipped with both washing machine and tumble dryer + iron and ironing board. On the top floor there is one bedroom with double bed and on-suite shower, sink and toilet. Office and entertainment area. Other things to note A private swimming pool (10 x 4.5m) is available during the summer periods, equipped with a submerged tiled platform and heated to 26-28 degrees with automatic chemical feeder, no maintenance required just the occasional sweep of the net and to close the electric cover when not in use and at night. Various pool accessories are available for use including floating toys and spinning bikes. Guests need to take care not to use glass objects around the pool (plastic water and wine glasses are available in the kitchen). And damage to the pool liner will result in an insurance claim. Please avoid sitting on the natural stones with sun oils applied to the skin in order to avoid stains. An oak rustic pool house provides a covered space for outdoor entertainment, equipment includes an addition wifi hotspot and a projector with cable tv, Netflix and more. Guests must refrain from outdoor music after 10pm to respect our neighbours.
