Bright house with a view and pool

A small bright house. Modern style on old walls. Lots of privacy in the pool and garden. Sole use and protected from view. .The house is beautiful, but it is not a luxury apartment. You can't take a warm shower for hours and there is only one air conditioner in the living room. The space The house is 78 m² and consists of two old cubes and a modern one with a continuous window front to the south, overlooking the Tiber Valley. On clear days you can see the dome of St. Peter's far away. Guest access You can check in on your own. A key safe hangs on the entrance gate in the ivy corner. Other things to note The pool is 120 cm deep, its use is at your own risk. The pH value is controlled by the gardener, who also removes the leaves and insects.
