The space Here's how the spaces of the home are composed: On the first level you have: A large cozy living room: - Several sofas, - HD TV, - A small game table for children. One dining room: - A large table for 8 people, - A game cabinet for children (board games, bath games, etc.). A large equipped kitchen: - Large worktop with stools for breakfast, - Hotplates, -Dishwasher, - Refrigerator/freezer, - Nespresso coffee machine, - Microwave, - Oven, - Raclette machine, - Waffle maker, - Fryer, - All the essentials for cooking, - Dishes for adults and children. A back kitchen with: - Household products, - Washing machine and dryer, - Iron. First toilet with sink. On the 1st floor you will find the bedroom area with: - 3 bedrooms with 3 queen-size double beds, -2 bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a shower and a bathtub. Each bathroom has a toilet. You will find bath sets in the large bathroom. You also have a garden in the front and back of the house with an outdoor table, chairs, a barbecue and direct access along the Meuse for beautiful walks. The village of Hermalle sous Argenteau has an ideal geographical location: - On the banks of the Meuse - Close to both the center of Liège (15-20 minutes), but also Maastricht, Aix, or Cologne, which are very nice cities to visit, including famous Christmas markets. - Close to Visé, which is a small, dynamic town with beautiful shops. - Ideal for athletes who like cycling: on the Ravel route, which allows you to go by bike to Liège or Maastricht; but also close to Les Fourons, which have many beautiful bike rides. - But also for those who like to walk: along the Meuse of course, but not only! Many walks are offered in the area, including the Gravière which is right next to the house. - For children, Robinson Island is not far away, with its beach and games in summer, and also the Julienne Ponds, not to mention the joy of feeding the ducks and other geese that walk on the Meuse. There is a courtyard in front of the house, so parking is no problem. Possibility to park several cars. Guest access You have access to the whole house, except the attic.
