The family room itself, includes a very large and super comfortable sectional. It provides enough space for everyone to enjoy the big screen TV. It includes Prime, Disney plus, Netflix, and HBO max. The dining area includes a natural finish dining table with up to 6 chairs and has a coffee bar. The coffee bar includes a french press, coffee grind, Keurig with k-cups, traditional coffeemaker and an electric tea kettle with tea bags. The back door from the dining room leads to the backyard, where there is a deck and grill available for our guests. Beautiful kitchen area includes countertop space, large sink, dishwasher, dishwasher pods, electric range/oven, toaster, fridge, microwave, assortment of spices, sugar, salt/pepper, eating utensils, wine glasses, coffee cups, regular drinking glasses, cooking utensils, pots, pans and one large baking tray. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed, 43 inch LED Smart TV with streaming services, a closet for guest storage, night stands, lamps and blackout curtains. Bookshelf and a computer desk is available as well. The closet will also include clothing hangers, extra beddings, linens, pillows and blankets. The second bedroom includes a double size bed with closet space for guests storage, a night stand, lamp and blackout curtains. The closet will also include clothing hangers, extra beddings, linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board . Each bedroom will be supplied with two towels per guest, with extra towels available in the hallway closets. Extra bed available upon request: If requested, we can provide a queen size Aerobed mattress with a 2 inch foam topper, along with sheets, linens, blankets and pillows. We can add the Aerobed to either bedroom or a location that best suits our guests. Upstairs hallway closets will include the extra towels, and all toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc. Gorgeous modern bathroom includes bathtub, shower, toilet, vanity and mirror medicine cabinet. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, toothpaste along with other toiletries will be available for our guests. Basement area includes the washer/dryer for our guests, along with any extra dining room chairs and outdoor chairs that may be needed. Please contact us with any questions or concerns! Thanks! Convenient check-in begins at 3 pm, with the possibility of earlier check in if needed. Check-in is easy with the keypad door lock. No contact needed unless requested by our guests. Keypad code will be available morning of check-in. Parking will be available in the driveway, which fits up to three standard sized sedans. The driveway is directly to the right of the unit. Note: There is no street parking on Snyder Ave during U of M game days or event days. There is a private deck area with a Weber grill that is available for our guests. A backyard area is available as well, with a fire pit. However, the backyard splits along the property line between the two units. Guests will only have access to the backyard associated with their unit. Basement area will have the washer/dryer available for our guests. Also, it will provide access to any extra chairs that may be needed. The rest of the basement area is the storage area for the host and their personal belongings. I will be available by cell phone, email and the airbnb app. Uber, Bus and Lyft Extra bed available upon request: If requested, we can provide an additional queen size Aerobed mattress with a 2 inch foam topper, along with sheets, linens, blankets and pillows.
