This accommodation (ranked tourist furnished) nestled in the heart of the Bay of Mont St Michel offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. A stone's throw from Hirel Beach, a large stretch of sand dotted with small grasses and an ideal place to walk, recharge, fish on foot or practice sand yachting. You will find all amenities nearby and can discover all the charm of this region (from the Bay of Mont Saint Michel to St Malo via Cancale. The space "Côte & Baie" is a new house. It is equipped for 10 people. On the ground floor, - a spacious kitchen-living room area. A large table accommodates up to 12 people for dining. - a lounge/relaxation area with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV. - a large bathroom with toilet - a bedroom for 2 people. The bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Upstairs, - a mezzanine with assiduous colors allows you to relax... small cushions and a games box await you! - a bedroom for 2 people, - a dormitory that can accommodate up to 6 guests and - separate toilet. Outside, on the south-facing terrace, you will find: - a large wooden table and benches, - a garden lounge area with armchairs and coffee table. - a BBQ grill There is also a baby kit (high chair, folding crib and bathtub). Guest access Guests have access to all areas. Other things to note We do not provide linens (bed linens and towels). Only dish towels are provided free of charge. However, if linens are essential to your reservation, we can rent them to you. We offer 3 options: Option 1: "bed linens" (only) Rental is €20/bed (excluding additional Airbnb fees). In this case, you will find on your bed on arrival, the essentials: Fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover. Option 2: "Towels" (only) Rental is €10/person (excluding additional Airbnb fees). In this case, you will find the essentials in the bathrooms: Bath towel, towels and washcloth. Option 3: "Bed linen and bathroom linen" Rental is €20/person (excluding additional Airbnb fees). In this case, you will find the essentials on each bed upon check-in.
