120+ year-old Biscuit Box (older Newfoundland-style home) fully-renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home situated just metres from a freshwater pond and the Atlantic Ocean. Stunning sunsets from every angle of the home! The space Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils and dish ware. Appliances are fridge, range/stove, dishwasher and microwave. Main entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room and 1 full bath are located on the main floor. Three bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with laundry facilities located on the upper level. Lower level has air conditioning. Floor vents and fans upstairs help circulate the air, but the upper level does tend to be warmer in the summer months. Pet dishes, leash, waste bags and a pet bed are available for use. Large back deck off the kitchen is the perfect place to unwind while overlooking the freshwater pond. There’s a fire pit (we stock a small amount of wood for guests) and propane BBQ available for use. Guest access Entire home with a large driveway and spacious back yard. Other things to note The home has all bed linens, bath linens and kitchenware for your use. There’s a supply of bath tissue, paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent for guest use. We have a child booster seat/high chair and Pack N Play available. For pets, we have dishes, leash, waste bags and a pet bed. We do ask that dogs not stay on the furniture (couch and beds). Dogs are to be leashed while outside, as per provincial regulation. We supply a pet lead on the back patio.
