Brand new beautiful one bedroom cottage, steps from the beach. Recently built, with wifi and pool available at additional cleaning fees. Modern furnishings and a full kitchen. Beware of other adds claiming to be seaside, or in Duncans Bay, as many adds are misleading. Ask for a map view and see if in fact they are as close to beautiful beach like we are. Rates Dec to April 200US per night May to November 180us based on two person occupancy The space Private and romantic apartment with an outdoor patio, full kitchen and modern living room with wifi and a television. A powder room is adjacent to the living room and kitchen. There is a full ensuite bathroom accessible through the bedroom. King sized bed and brand new modern furnishings. If the are guests renting the main villa, who have paid for the pool, use of pool will not be available. Guest access Guests have there own private balcony. Optional (if available) choice of paying the pool cleaning fee will permit access to infinity pool and pool deck area. Optional, meaning if villa guests have refused the pool use or if the villa is vacant. Other things to note Choices from two beach bar/restaurants within walking distance. Lunch is always cooking. Both establishments need notice to prepare dinner.
