This quiet, comfortable, 44 m2 home is equipped for 5 people and located a few km from the charming small town of La Charité/Loire, which comes alive with its various cultural festivals. We are 2 hours from Paris (by train: La Charité station or by car: A77 highway, exit 29). House with furnished terrace. Private access to living room with lounge/kitchen area. Upstairs: large bedroom/office area and shower room/toilet accessible by a "Japanese step" type staircase. The space This cottage is equipped to accommodate 1-5 people. It is located as an extension of our farmhouse. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation is accessible by a furnished terrace, at your disposal and out of sight. You will enter directly into the living room which has a living room dining area with sofa bed and TV. An open and equipped kitchen is at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find a large bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The floor is accessible by a "Japanese step" type staircase (see photo). You will also have an outdoor space at your disposal to park your vehicle. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The bed in the bedroom will be made on arrival and the sheets for the sofa bed will be available to you. Towels will also be available in the accommodation. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, two induction cooktops, a range hood, a washing machine, a combined fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. You will also find the basics: filter coffee maker with coffee, kettle, oil, salt, pepper, tea towels, etc. as well as cleaning products for cleaning. HOUSE RULES No pets allowed; The apartment is non-smoking; We kindly ask that you make the place as clean as you found it on arrival. A deposit cheque of 50 euro for cleaning as well as a cheque of 300 euro in case of damage to the accommodation and/or equipment will be requested upon your arrival. These will be returned to you during the exit inventory.
