Only guests are allowed to stay at the property. • Check-out: By 11 a.m., the key along with the control must be handed over to the doorman. • Wi-Fi: Information is available in the apartment. • ORGANIC waste: The waste must be packed in closed plastic bags dispensed in option P of the elevator (in the garage are the trash cans). • Disposable waste, such as bottles, cans, glass, plastics etc. - elevator option P. • Garage: The garage is for one car, and you can only use the garage for the reserved apartment. • Voltage: The voltage used in the apartment is 110V. • Cleaning Supplies: We offer detergent, liquid soap and a trash bag. • Groceries: We offer water, a clay filter, coffee, salt and sugar. • Linens: We offer enough linens for the number of people described in the reservation. House rules: • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the hallways.
