Ocean Isle Family Fun: Condo Steps from the Sand!

Welcome to the beach! Perfect for couples or family getaways, this 3br/2bath condo is located on the top floor with beautiful views of Jinks Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway and is only a few minute walk to the beach! Features incl. a updated kitchen and bathrooms, updated kitchen and bathrooms, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and available beach supplies. Starboard By The Sea is one of the most revisited communities in OIB and has 3 dedicated pools, 3 tennis courts, private beach access and fishing docks. The space The unit is ~1100 SF. The main living room includes a large sectional couch with a 65” smart TV with the ability to stream multiple platforms. Central A/C, 500mbps WIFI, and kitchen stocked with cookware, drinkware, and basic utensils. There are (2) outdoor decks- one facing the tennis courts/community and one facing Jinks creek. The one facing Jinks creek includes 2 bar height Adirondack chairs. The bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, private bathroom, and smart tv • Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, full bed, smart tv, and shared access to bathroom • Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle mattress. There is a dedicated workstation with an extra monitor to hook up to Amenities • ¼ Mile to 3 beach access points (2 public and 1 private/community) • 3 community swimming pools (1 oceanfront) • 3 tennis/pickleball courts in the community (2 right next to the building) • Pickleball paddles/balls provided • Charcoal grill and charcoal available in storage unit (grilling is not allowed under units or on decks) • Community fishing dock and kayak launch point behind unit (kayaks and fishing gear not provided) • Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys available in storage closet • 1 mile to Ocean Isle Beach Fishing Pier, Mini Golf, Ice Cream Shops and OIB Town Center Park Parking: There are 2 dedicated parking spots for two vehicles (tandem parking) in the assigned carport beneath the condo. Overflow parking spaces are also available in the community on a first-come, first serve basis. Notes: • Linens and bath towels included (many rentals in the area do not provide this). • We only provide one starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. You will have to bring additional for the week beyond that • TV streaming is available using your own account. • Board games and puzzles available. • Washer/dryer available in unit. Some detergent available but you should have extra on hand in case. • This rental is located on the second floor (with no neighbors above). • No elevator access available. ***Saturday to Saturday rentals only in high season (June through August) Check-in after 4pm Saturday; Check-out by 10am the following Saturday***
