Plopsa Coo 17 minutes away, Stavelot 5 km away (Abbey, museums...), Forestia (animal park and adventure park) 30 km away, the Hautes Fagnes Natural Park for beautiful walks 23 km away and many other activities to discover. The space The house has a garage, a large cellar with games (adult foosball, various games) Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine + percolator/filter + Senseo machine + electric kettle) 1 bedroom (2x bed 1 person), 1 bedroom (2x bed 1 person) sheets provided, toilet, bathroom (sink, shower and bathtub), laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2x single bed), 1 bedroom (2x single bed) sheets provided, a shower room (walk-in shower, toilet, sink). Beds are made on arrival and there are 2 bath towels per person (1 large and 1 small). Guest access Entire accommodation. Other things to note - Check-in time is between 5pm and 8pm and check out by 11am. - Student parties, bachelor/hen parties or other such parties are strictly prohibited. - A deposit of 400 euro will be required upon arrival and will be returned on the day of departure if no damage is found. -With regard to COVID-19, please check the requirements and restrictions put in place by the local government before your departure and take them into account when booking because a change in restrictions may not be a valid reason to cancel a reservation without charge.
