Garden Cottage is a self contained cottage, with a separate bedroom with an en suite, a kitchen and dining/living room close to Newbury town centre, the racecourse and the train station. Easy access from the M4 and A34. 15 mins drive to Highclere Castle. 15 mins drive to Vodafone HQ. 15 mins walk to train station. 15 mins walk to Newbury town centre and the Kennet and Avon canal. The space This neatly presented cosy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and washing machine/dryer. There is a living room/dining room with Internet TV and patio doors leading onto a private patio area with a patio table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe and hairdryer. The en suite bathroom has an electric shower, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. There is a dedicated parking space. Guest access Guests have a dedicated parking space on our driveway and access the cottage through our garden gate, which is off the driveway. Guests have their own private patio area. Other things to note We welcome our guests breakfast goodies and some essentials for your stay including, milk, juice, jam, butter, olive oil, salt and pepper, a selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate.
