Time out in the barn with studio use

In this approx. 100 sqm, unique accommodation, it is easy to endure, especially on hot days. With the gates open, you can look at the beer garden, the fireplace and the outdoor kitchen, a great feeling of freedom. The barn is furnished for 2 people. Additional sleeping options can be provided. Large windows on both gable sides provide ample light. This is a summer accommodation. Dust and spiders are part of it. The space Sleeping in an old barn, a huge room around you, protected under the mosquito net is something for people who love something special. The charm is created by improvisation. Since 2023, windows have been installed in the gable sides and gates, so the space has become quite bright. Also, 60 sqm of the finest dance floor was laid. You can also rent the space for parties :) Please make separate inquiries here. Since it is an undeveloped barn, you should have no problem with dust and straw residues, petals and also spiders that keep the mosquitoes away. The special feature of this offer is the ambience and the beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub (not included in the offer but can be booked), bathtub (only to be used after consultation and instruction) on the field, beer garden, huge, beautiful dance hall, wide field, fireplaces, hammock forest (you have to hang yourself if necessary), outdoor kitchen and much more. Guest access The entire outdoor area of Thanari may be used! In the hall you can lie comfortably on sofas, swing into the sunset or set up an easel and paint there. In the hammock forest it is shady and wonderful to relax (hammocks must be hung up and requested). The beer garden offers more cozy seating areas and on the large platform on the field or the huge Hollywood swing you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a rustic large kitchen stove, but an induction plate is also available. I would like to point out that absolute cleanliness in the kitchen is not possible. Small animals such as beetles or animals that go to the left as well as pollen etc. are quite normal. Table tennis, foosball and badminton complete the offer. Unfortunately, it is impossible to keep the whole farm always tip top. It may happen that some areas are temporarily repaired or cleaned first. If you are already on the farm, calling or just looking will also help :) Other things to note The Thanari Kunst-Werk Hof is a huge farm that is managed by me alone. I always do my best to keep everything presentable and clean. I apologize for leaving cobwebs in non-disturbing corners, as they ensure that you are less disturbed by flies and mosquitoes ;) Furthermore, I can only maintain the grass in dry weather, so please forgive me if it is a little longer, as it may have rained a lot the days before. When I welcome guests, I have the right to present the outdoor area and the many extra rooms reasonably presentable, but I cannot guarantee that I will really be able to sweep or dust everything every time, etc. (You could do that here every day) So please forgive me if everything is not perfect. I am always approachable and try to meet your demands and suggestions within the scope of my possibilities. So please don't be shy. Just let me know if there's anything. And again the note: In the summer months: please note the date of the Voov, a Goafestival nearby, you can hear it well! Then: showers and kitchen in summer in the shower rooms next to the house and in the outdoor kitchen on the rear grounds (all stainless steel and hygienic - except for cobwebs) Putlitz offers everything you need to live: butcher, baker, Edeka, Lidl, grocery store, doctors. Pritzwalk and Perleberg are about 20-30 minutes away and have a larger selection including hardware stores and Aldi. Cycling trails lead around Putlitz. The Stepenitz is navigable from Perleberg (25 minutes by car). Canoeing, swimming, etc. is wonderful there. Smaller lakes can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. Lake Plauer is 35 minutes away. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away. Near the Thanari farm there are alpaca farms, an elephant farm, an adventure farm in the neighboring village and much more. I would like to point out once again that this is a private rental. I do my best to make everyone happy. If there are any defects, I will try to fix them. But everything here is constantly changing and nothing is perfect ;)
