Time out in the barn with studio use

In this about 100 square meter, unique accommodation, it is especially well tolerated on hot days. With the gates open, you can look at the beer garden, the fireplace and the outdoor kitchen have a great feeling of freedom. The barn is furnished for 4 people. Additional sleeping arrangements can be added. Large windows in both gable sides provide plenty of light. This is a summer accommodation. Dust and spiders are part of it. The space Sleeping in an old barn, a huge room around it, protected under the mosquito net is something for people who love something special. The charm comes from improvisation. Since 2023, windows have been installed in the gable sides and gates, so the space has become quite bright. 60 sqm of the finest dance floor was also laid. You can also rent the room for parties :) Please make separate requests here. As it is an undeveloped barn, one should not have a problem with dust and straw residues, petals and also spiders that keep the mosquitoes away. What makes this place special is the ambiance and the beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub (not included in the listing but can be booked separately), a bathtub (can only be used after prior arrangement and instruction) in the field, a beer garden, a huge, beautiful dance hall, a large field, fire pits, a hammock forest (you have to hang yourself a hammock if you want to use it), an outdoor kitchen, and much more. You shower in the showers in the barn; there are 2 showers, which are hot thanks to a camping gas boiler :) The toilet trailer is right next to it and is equipped with regular toilets and sinks. Unfortunately, it is a bit outdated. Guest access The entire outdoor area of Thanari may also be used! In the hall you can lie comfortably on sofas, swing into the sunset or also set up and paint a stafelei there. In the hammock forest it is shady and wonderful to relax (hammocks must be hung up and requested yourself). The beer garden offers another cozy sitting area and on the large platform in the field or the huge Hollywood swing you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The modern stainless-steel outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large, traditional kitchen stove, but an induction hob is also available. Unfortunately, the pizza oven may not be used. I would like to point out that absolute cleanliness in the kitchen is not possible. Small animals such as beetles or animals that go to lying down as well as flower dust etc. are quite normal there. Ping pong table, foosball, and badminton complete the offer. Unfortunately, it is impossible to keep the whole yard in top shape. It may happen that some areas are temporarily under repair or need to be cleaned first. But I always do my best to have cozy spots ready for guests! During your stay The best way to reach me is by cell phone. If you are already on the property, it also helps to call or just look around :) The property is huge, and sometimes I am also in the field. Other things to note The Thanari Kunst-Werk Hof is a huge farm managed by me alone. I always do my best to keep everything handsome and clean. I apologize that I like to leave cobwebs in non-disturbing corners, as they ensure that you are less disturbed by flies and mosquitoes;) Furthermore, I can only maintain the grass in dry weather, so please forgive me if it is a little longer, as it may have rained a lot the days before. When I welcome guests, I also have the right to present the outdoor area and the many extra rooms reasonably handsome, but I can't guarantee that every time I really manage to sweep or dust everything etc. (you could do that here every day) so please forgive me if not everything is perfect. I am available at any time and try to meet your requirements and suggestions within the scope of my possibilities. So don't be shy. Just let me know if anything comes up. And again the note: In the summer months: please note the date of the Voov, a Goafestival nearby, you can hear it well! Then: In the summer, showers and a kitchen are available in the shower rooms next to the house and in the outdoor kitchen in the rear area (all stainless steel and mostly clean, except for cobwebs and dust that accumulates during the day.) Putlitz offers everything you need to live: butcher, baker, Edeka, Lidl, Krämerladen, Ärtze. Pritzwalk and Perleberg are about 20-30 minutes away and have a larger selection incl. Home improvement stores and Aldi. Bike paths lead around Putlitz. The Stepenitz is navigable from Perleberg (25 min. by car). Canoeing, swimming, etc. is wonderful there. Smaller lakes can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. Lake Plauen is 35 minutes away. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away. Near Thanari Farm there are alpaca farms, an elephant farm, an adventure farm in the neighboring village and much more. I would like to point out once again that this is a private rental. I do my best that everyone is satisfied. If there are any defects, I will try to fix them. But here everything is constantly changing and nothing is perfect ;) Dogs: Since I have a cat, dogs must be kept on a leash on the grounds! Also, deer and hares are occasionally seen around.
