Vacation Majorca in a Villa with private pool and sauna in Pollensa. The Villa with pool in Pollensa, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and beautiful outdoor areas, is the perfect villa for a relaxed escape in the sun. Pollença Town is approx i 4 km distance and to the fine sandy beaches of the Bahia de Pollensa or Alcudia its a 15 minute drive by car. The space On the ground floor, the finca has a large living area with an open kitchen and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom with a sun terrace and a second bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a sauna (electricity consumption is billed separately). The house has central heating and can therefore be used all year round. In the winter months, heating and electricity costs are billed separately. In the summer season, electricity consumption of 35 KWH / night is included. Additional consumption will be charged separately. There is a large veranda with barbecue for sociable evenings. It is the perfect holiday home for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Puerto Alcudia are 10 minutes away by car. Pollensa is about 4 km away. In the finca with pool in Pollença you live in peace, in nature and have beaches and shopping facilities nearby. From November to March we offer the finca for stays from one month. The electricity and heating are then charged separately and a cleaning service can be ordered separately. Guest access The whole estate is for the guests use.
