Full or Part time studio is available for discounted rates if you are staying on the property already! Quiet, peaceful workspace, corporate housing, family friendly relocation or temporary housing is ok including fire displacement. The space This listing reflects only access to the front house, that is 2 bedroom 2 bath and private yard. The guesthouse on site is a recording studio that is very private and exclusive, no sessions after 10pm. It is completely soundproof. Guest access Front House and yard unless studio is booked as well. Other things to note Recording studio details: You may use studio for playback, and bring your own laptop/mic to plugin. If you would like to use our computer and instruments, you must bring your own engineer or use our in house engineer. This may cause your rate to adjust as well, depending on your project.
