There is no laundry area or washing machine, but there is a paid laundry on the premises of the Flat. Check-in and check-out must be carried out in the presence of the person responsible for the reservation. Special cases only upon request and authorization prior to booking confirmation. We request that, at checkout, the guest(s) not leave food scraps in the apartment (in the refrigerator, in pots, cabinets, other rooms, etc.), that they remove all garbage from the apartment and deposit it in the collection bucket that is on the staircase, and that all items used in the apartment (kitchen items, etc.) be left washed as they were received. If the apartment is returned with food scraps and/or garbage and/or dirty items, a cleaning fee of R$ 100.00 will be charged.
