The space Yes of course, here's the English translation: --- The apartment has just been completely renovated and consists of a master suite with a double bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet; a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, convection oven, microwave, washing machine…) open to a living/dining room; all leading to a 6 m² balcony facing the street. The master suite and the kitchen/living/dining area are air-conditioned. On the other side of the apartment, you will find 3 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 recent and comfortable single beds, a wardrobe, and a table. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet complete this "night" area. One bedroom faces the street, and the other two face the garden. All windows in the apartment are equipped with blackout shutters. High-speed fiber optic WiFi connection, perfect for remote work. Please note the apartment does not have a TV. A parking space in the basement of the residence is available with our apartment. The apartment is very quiet and well insulated, ensuring a peaceful stay. Guest access The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Paris, 6 minutes from bus lines, and 10 minutes from the metro and tram. You can reach major Parisian sites by bike or metro (10 minutes to Place d'Italie, 20 minutes to Bastille, 35 minutes to Notre Dame, Opéra, or Châtelet les Halles). Orly Airport is 12 minutes away by car or metro, Charles de Gaulle Airport is 35 minutes away, and Disneyland is 40 minutes away. Numerous self-service bikes, scooters, and mopeds are available nearby. An 11-minute walk will take you to a large Auchan supermarket with many restaurants and shops. You can also drive there, with free parking for 2 hours. A 5-minute walk will take you to a large municipal park with many playgrounds for children, and a 15-minute walk to an Olympic swimming pool with a 50-meter pool. Other things to note The apartment is provided with bed linen and towels. We can also provide baby equipment (bathtub, bouncer, plastic dishes, travel cot...), so please let us know in advance if you need any of these items before your stay. Our neighborhood is very quiet, and it is important to respect our neighbors' tranquility by keeping noise to a minimum, especially in the evening and at night. We also kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment; you may use the balcony if needed. The 3 bedrooms with single beds are not air-conditioned.
