The space The entire accommodation was recently renovated to a high standard. In the spacious hallway is enough space for your luggage. The modern kitchen has everything needed for cooking adventures. The bathroom with bathtub, towel dryer & washing machine is functional. High quality real wood parquet flooring has been installed throughout the apartment (except in the bathroom), which gives a great feeling on your feet when walking barefoot through the apartment. The spacious and bright living room with extendable table and comfortable 2-person sofa, which can be folded out to a 200x140cm sofa bed, invites you to both concentrate and relax. The bedroom is equipped with a 200x180cm bed. The west-facing balcony can be converted into a "3rd room" on warm and sunny days: Pallet sofa & extra table with 2 chairs invite you to do so. Here you have sun until the evening. Since the apartment is located in a quiet side street, you can easily sleep with the window open. The parking space is a single parking space, so that even larger cars can be parked there without any problems. From the underground parking an elevator goes directly to the 2nd floor. The apartment includes an underground parking space (single parking) in the house, which has enough space even for bigger cars (e.g. SUV). The access to the staircase and elevator is about 20m next to the parking space. No physical keys are required for check-in. After you have checked in to myStay, you can get your digital keys on your cell phone and use them to open the front door and the apartment door by pressing the “sliders”. Alternatively, you can enter the 6-digit payment code into the keypad on the apartment door to open it. Other things to note The apartment has been freshly renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. Please be so kind and treat the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the light sofa. If you arrive in Leipzig before 15:00, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the apartment. There are 4 different trash bins provided in the apartment: Organic, paper & plastic waste are under the sink and "residual waste" is in the bathroom. The garbage garbage cans are located in the basement on the 1st floor behind parking space 21 & is marked "garbage room". With the house key you have access. The entrance to the underground garage is at the back of the building. The TV is connected to a soundbar, which you can turn on with the smaller of the two remote controls.
