It's a nicely fitted space, built for comfort. It's in a fast developing settlement called Opete, away from the noise of Warri city. 15 to 20minutes drive to the center * without traffic. The house has regular electricity supply and solar as well, but for 24/7 power supply, a generator set is installed and available. There is a paid laundry service on request. There is a SUV and driver service also available at extra cost. The space It is in a quiet , clean and and cozy place, built for private use. It has its own private compound, which has a beautiful flower landscape. It has 3 electricity options, the national grid, solar system which powers basic lights and charges small appliances, but not the AC system. It also has a backup petrol/ gasoline generator, which if required the cost of fueling isn't included in the price. A laundry and dry cleaning service is available using a third party company. It's a small one detached bedroom house, a bedroom living room, a separate wardrobe room and toilet. The bedroom features decorative multicolored lights, a work desk and chair, and a very large mirror mounted on the wall. The outside space features a secluded garden, a charcoal grilling spot, and outdoor chairs and table for your convenience. Guest access We have a property manager who cost host and will pass the keys to you in person at the property.
