The property is outfitted with air conditioning in every room, high-speed wireless internet, a newly purchased washer and dryer, and on-site parking. The kitchen is complete with new appliances, including an electric stove, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, microwave and large refrigerator, along with all necessary utensils pots, pans, plates, glassware and cutlery. Our property manager will personally welcome you at the house on arrival and is available for questions during your stay. Guest access The property offers easy access to any part of the island. The Penthouse is minutes away from high-quality restaurants (Pirate Bay, De Visserij, Tomatoes), Pirate Bay’s private beach and dive center (to which guests have free access), the Marriott and Dreams hotels, extensive walking/running routes along the beach, and the World Trade Center. Piscadera also offers nearby access to historic downtown Willemstad (10-minute drive), the 18-hole golf course at Blue Bay, and the Sambil Shopping Center with a new Carrefour Supermarket. Walk to the beach to enjoy sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or dinner by the water. Residence Piscadera offers secure, key-card access to the building's covered parking free of charge. Access to the exclusive Penthouse on the fourth floor is provided by a private key that opens directly into the unit. The property also features a well-maintained swimming pool overlooking Piscadera Bay. Our property manager will personally welcome you at the house on arrival and is available for questions during your stay. Other things to note It is forbidden to smoke inside the house. If you choose to smoke outside, please close the doors so that smell does not transfer onto the furniture and curtains. The use of 10 KWh electricity and 2 m3 water per day is included. This is normal consumption. We will take meter readings at check-in and check-out. . - A deposit of $250 USD per week of stay is paid to the property manager upon arrival. The deposit is for the settlement of the costs for water and electricity, as well as any damage or loss of beach passes. Upon departure the property manager will settle the costs with the deposit and refund you any balance remaining.
