Stage or beginning of your journey in the Lot of wonders, Martel offers the magic of its pedestrian streets where it is good to stroll.... 115 m², spacious, elegant this apartment is located at the crossroads of Sarlat and Rocamadour, an ideal starting point for visiting major sites and outdoor activities: The space On two day/night levels, completely renovated in 2022, there is a very nice fitted kitchen, bar and dining table, it is open to a large living room with a desk area equipped with Wi-Fi access. Of course, the kitchen is accompanied by a laundry room and you have on this floor a sanitary area (toilet sinks) and plenty of storage. The decor will please you and the view of the Julianie Tower is more than pleasant. On the upper floor, two bedrooms each equipped with the possibility of accommodating two people either in a single bed (90 x 200) or in a king size configuration. Each has a large wardrobe... these two bedrooms open onto a landing that hosts a reading corner and games possible, a library invites you there. On the same level, a fairly large bathroom, and toilets are at your disposal. Downstairs in the entrance you have a space that can accommodate strollers or bicycles (in reasonable numbers). Wardrobes equipped with drawers and shoe storage will seduce you in the circulation spaces beyond those that equip the bedrooms. The decoration, on the walls, allows you to already dream of your walks and visits... Beyond the great sites, don't forget the Dordogne, nor the hiking trails that crisscross the entire space around Martel...
