Hosts will be available via messenger from 8am-6pm, M-F. After hours and weekend messages will be responded to as soon as we are able to. Resort neighborhood, with lake and amenities just a short walk away. -Home is in a popular resort community, so you will most likely have neighbors nearby. -Quiet time is after 10 pm. Roaming resort security will be available to respond to any noise complaints. -No parties allowed. If more guests are found than listed on reservation, guest will be asked to leave immediately, without refund. -No pets allowed. If pets are found, guests will be asked to leave, without a refund and charged an additional pet cleaning fee if needed. -Must be 25 years old or older to book, and person booking reservation must be present at all times. -Ring Doorbell camera and 1 driveway camera present on site. No cameras in the interior of the home. -Only 2 cars allowed in driveway. Guests must not block sidewalk. All other vehicles must use free street parking. -Pool/Spa Heat is available for $30/day. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, if you are interested, so that we can allow sufficient time for the water to warm. -guests will be responsible for cleaning outdoor grill, if used during their stay. If it’s found to be excessively dirty at checkout, guest may be subjected to additional cleaning fees. -Guests must bring floats with them to use the lazy river. 2 floats will be available in the outdoor closet, but large groups should consider buying additional floats. -All trash is to be bagged, and placed inside front porch bench, for HOA to pick up. Any trash found not loose, and not bagged, may subject guests to additional trash fee. -Traveler’s Insurance is highly recommended. Any job, weather, family death, illness, or other Acts of God related reasons for not being able to fulfill reservation, will not be honored, and guests will not be issued refunds outside of the refund window. -Availability of amenities not guaranteed, such as heated pool/spa, Game room games, TVs, resort amenities, etc, . All items do require intermittent maintenance and sometimes break down. -By confirming reservation, guests agree to not hold hosts liable for any personal injury, damage to personal property, or other serious occurrence, that occurs while on the property.
