Welcome to our beautifully appointed 5 Points studio apartment! One half of a recently remodeled duplex is less than one mile from Sanford stadium and situated just a short walk from Stegeman Coliseum and Foley Field. It's the perfect location for a game day weekend or a short jaunt into Athens to visit your favorite student or to relive old Athens memories. You will find that this cozy apartment with off street parking has everything you need to make your trip both comfortable and enjoyable! The space This property has three sleeping spaces. A master bedroom with a queen bed, a traditional loft (steep, please read additional notes!) and a pull-out sofa with a size queen mattress in the living. It will comfortably sleep 6 guests and has one full bathroom. Guest access This property is one half of a two unit duplex. Other things to note There is a queen bed on the main floor and a traditional loft with a second queen bed that is accessible from the central hallway. The stairs to the loft are steep and not handicap-friendly. We do not recommend that it be used for small children or elderly guests.
