Phil’s Place, a comfy country cottage with hot-tub

There are 3 wineries and 2 breweries all within 30 minutes! The space Phil’s Place is a new listing, just completing a 3-year renovation project in the summer of 2022, and we are excited to share it with you. Our favorite things to do at Phil’s are sip morning coffee on the front porch while taking in the gorgeous country scape, play games and listen to vintage records, go for a jog around the scenic countryside, and hear the hoot owls and whip-poor-wills while relaxing in the hot tub at night.
