The large front porch is a great place to enjoy a meal and the day. Other things to note Please remember you have basement neighbors who access their apartment from the back yard. To get them closer to their door, the driveway is reserved for them and we ask that you kindly park on the street. This is a 100-year-old house so noise traveling between the floors is to be expected. We ask all parties to be mindful and respect city quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.
