Welcome to us, Our guest apartment is close to Ystad, beach and golf. Walking distance to Köpingsberg winery. Fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The apartment is arranged over two floors, There is a kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and upstairs, you will find a living room with a TV room and a spacious sleeping alcove with a double bed. The apartment has a secluded patio and parking for 1 car is available next to the building. With us, you can stay comfortably in a rural setting. The space Newly built house, with all the amenities in a rural setting. Guest access Secluded patio with dining area is available to only guests, the remaining garden is private to hosts. Other things to note Own well with filtered tap water that is checked annually, children under 1 year of age should not drink water from their own well. Since stairs to the upstairs are lofted stairs, the listing is not accessible. No furry pets are allowed in the apartment, as we do not want to limit availability for those with allergies. On the property there are chickens and cats. Guests are responsible for bed linens, towels, and cleaning before check-out.
