Centuries-old family home where several generations lived, in which there was a space * The Refuge * of a craftsman where he made violas and some traditional objects, now totally renovated by me, A quiet place, close to everything you need for your vacation, close to a pharmacy, supermarkets, bakeries/pastry shops, beaches… Being only 15 minutes from Porto, 1700 meters from Granja train station, 1,900 meters from Granja Beach, 5 km from Espinho 30 minutes from Aveiro Connection to Lisbon by train The space The refuge is an open space without divisions, only a bookcase separates the double bed, W. private bathroom, full kitchen, outside there is a private parking lot, and a garden in front of the house. There is also a barbecue grill that you can use, It also has a fully private parking lot (parking lot shared with me and family). Guest access Guests have access to the garden and outdoor patio, as well as free private parking. There is also a pergola with sofas and a small table, to enjoy leisure time. Note: the pergola is only placed in the summer months. Other things to note We have a baby crib and a baby high chair available, if you need them, just ask when you make the reservation.
