Shampoo, shower gel, towels & toilet rolls provided to make your stay comfortable. We are 15 minutes walking distance from knowledge village, Media city, Marina Harbor & SkyDive Dubai. GYM, Squash Court & Swimming pool access is free. Under the building we got restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops. Clubs, Tram, Yachts, Bar, Jet ski services just walking distance. The space PLEASE READ FULL LISTING DESCRIPTION It's a fully furnished apartment with one bedroom, one living room & one kitchen located on the 22nd floor of MARINA CROWN BUILDING. Bedroom have attached bathroom & living room have one guest toilet. Living room also comes with 42Inch Smart TV, Dining area, IKEA sofa bed that’s perfect for a family or group up to 4 guests. We provide guest all the necessary items including (1 Towel for each guest, Shower Gel, Shampoo, Iron, Iron board, Hair Dryer, Bed covers, Blanket, High Speed wifi 250MBPS, Dishes & Washing Machine). The kitchen is fully equipped if you are planning to cook. The building is next to carrefour supermarket, Night clubs, Bars, Jumeirah beach and marina walk. The building is located in front of Mina Seyahi tram station less than 1 minute and it’s connected to metro directly. The apartment also comes with 1 free car parking inside the building. Tap water in Dubai is safe for drinking as per Government of Dubai & we don't provide bottle water. Please don’t ask for a discount as my property comes with certain standard & quality. I don’t like to negotiate the price at all. No check in & checkout allowed on 31st December 2026. Guest access Guest will have access to all the facilities in the building (GYM, Outdoor Swimming pool, Squash room, Games room & Outdoor kids playing area). Inside apartment you will have separate kitchen, where all the facilities available for cooking. A huge balcony to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful evening looking at the Amazing Palm Jumeirah. Other things to note Check in 3PM Checkout 12PM No early check in or late checkout with or without fee. If you have early arrival, make sure to book previous night the same for late checkout as well - make sure to book the extra night. Baby cot/Baby bed:- 50$ Baby high chair:- 50$ The one time cleaning fee that we are charging is not for a daily or weekly cleaning while your stay. After your checkout the cleaner must clean & change the beddings for the next guest. So don’t get confused with the cleaning fee and don’t ask for a daily cleaning or weekly cleaning while your stay. Yes we can send the cleaning team while your stay if you are ready to pay 80$ for one time cleaning. Please make sure to wash your used dishes, cups, plates & utensils before you checkout. Be responsible, don’t leave your smelly & oily items in the sink. That will not only create a bad smell in the house but also have chances to bring insects. Be respectful! Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the room and only allowed in the balcony. Building access card and the apartment key will be provided to the guest. In case of loss of access card it will be AED 1000 charge for new card & AED 250 for loss of apartment key. Any additional TV channels subscription cost 570€ as we don’t have monthly subscription packages in Dubai (only yearly packages). So be careful with the same as we had couple of bad experience with guest and end up paying AED 2400 (570€) All the guests passport copy must send at least 48 hours prior to check in to register with the building reception & Department of Tourism.
