Enjoy our 2 cottages (8p + 5p) located in a former secluded farmhouse 2 km from the village in the heart of the countryside, with its calm and its unique, authentic and charming setting. Ideal cottages for getting together with family, friends... near a warm wood fire in winter, and for enjoying the outdoors and the treehouse, which is very pleasant on beautiful summer days and evenings. The space The capacity of the cottages (La Tour: 8 people + La Laiterie 5 people) is 13 people. The cottages are located in an old, isolated farmhouse, renovated with respect and in the typical style of Champenois and Dervoise architecture (timber framing, tile, stone). Our Gite is perfect for recharging and fully enjoying the surrounding countryside (forest walk, walk, bike) Children and adults... will be able to enjoy a large treehouse to play and spend a night under the stars for the more adventurous... Ideally located between the two large lakes of the region (Lac du Der and Lac de la Forêt d'Orient) 15-20 km away, you can enjoy their many activities… Services Included: - GITE LA TOUR (8 people) On the ground floor, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and in an open space, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a wood-burning stove. Sheets will be provided upon request for an additional fee to be paid on arrival (see services not included). - An open and adjoining garden is available to the cottage. - GITE LA LAITERIE (5 People) On the ground floor, a bathroom with a toilet, and in an open space, a kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood-burning stove. - Bedroom 4 (1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200), Duvet 260 x 240 and 140 x 200 - Bedroom 5 (mezzanine bedroom): 1 bed 140 x 190, Duvet 240 x 220 with a small desk - A large summer veranda that you can enjoy most of the year, offering you a beautiful panorama of the surrounding nature. The large spaces around the cottages will delight your children and in complete tranquility. Services not included - Rental of bed linens and bath linens: €15 per bed NB: If you want to bring your own sheets, we will check that each bed has a fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcase per person. Sleeping bags are prohibited as a hygiene measure and for the comfort of everyone.
