2-hectare estate with grill, fast WiFi and kitchen

La Baraka is a country house, located on the outskirts of the city of Junín, but very close to it. It is fully equipped and features an Australian tank-style pool to enjoy the summer months (December to March). ➡️ 4 km from downtown Junín. ➡️ 2 km from Laguna El Carpincho ➡️ 15 km from the Laguna de Gómez Spa. The space La Baraka is a two-bedroom house (one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a double bed) for up to 6 people. It is equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator with freezer, bathroom with shower and bathtub, laundry room and a large living room with grill. It also has an outdoor grill for barbecues with eucalyptus wood from our forest. This grill has a small toilet with shower. The house comes with sheets and towels, plus a kit with some essentials for your stay (dish towels, first aid kit, yerba mate, tea, salt, a little oil and vinegar, firewood, shampoo, conditioner, soap) in case you need them on the day of your arrival or the first few days. Guest access 🏠 Inside the La Baraka property, we have: - house with gallery, dining room, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and two bedrooms. - ping pong table, - Soccer field, - pool. - playground with hammocks, seesaw and a small mangrove for climbing. - An outdoor grill with toilet and shower. -Outdoor tables for al fresco dining. - A two-hectare park with eucalyptus, pine, magnolia, kapok, araucaria, and a wide variety of plants and flowers. Our Guests have access to the entire home! Other things to note Our guests usually come by car, but it is possible to get here by public transportation (stop 16 of the Red Line is 2 blocks away, at José Arias and Capitán Vargas) or taxi. The nearest supermarket is about 3 km away (Supermercado Día). We suggest buying groceries before coming. ⚠️Important: For security reasons, all guests are required to present their ID (ID or Passport) through Airbnb messaging. 🗓️To keep the apartment in optimal condition, for stays of 28 nights or more, a linen change and a 5-hour cleaning are carried out every 15 days. This service is mandatory and is the guest's responsibility.
