Welcome to ''El navegante'', a loft-style studio in the PROMAR residential complex in La Pineda, with a communal pool open in summer and a few meters from La Pineda beach, very bright and cozy. Ideal for couples, families, friends, and solo travelers. Pets and long-term bookings are allowed. Five minutes away from Port Aventura and Costa Dorada leisure activities: Ferrari Land, Aquopolis, Caribe Aquatic Park, Aquum Spa, Infinitum Golf & Beach Club. The space It has a kitchen-dining room equipped with a small electric ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and necessary kitchenware. A double bed, which can be converted into a sofa, creating a living room, and a single bed. The apartment has two ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. You will have everything you need to have a great vacation, and if anything is missing, my policy is: "You ask for it and I'll bring it to you" The apartment can accommodate 3 people (2 adults and 1 child maximum or 3 adults); however, it is ideal for couples or couples with a small child, as it is a single-room loft-style studio. Everything in the studio is available to occupants for their proper use and enjoyment. Guest access The apartment has a community pool and garden areas for sunbathing and relaxing quietly. You will also find a bar-restaurant on the ground floor next to the pool. It also has a children's play area. The pool is open from June 24 to September 11. The apartment does not have private parking; however, you can park around the building for free, it is close to shops, restaurants and all kinds of necessary services. You have the containers right in front of the building. DEPOSIT: -A deposit of 150 euros must be paid on the day of check-in, which will be returned on the day of check-out from the studio as long as it is the same as at the beginning. Check-in / Check-out: -We facilitate Check-in / Check-out according to possibilities. -Guests must present an identity document, DNI or passport at check-in to complete a registration form as required by law for legally constituted lodgings.
