Comfy Midtown Retreat - Close to Baptist Hospital

In the heart of Paducah's Midtown, this charming 2 bed/1.5 bath home, comes equipped with countless amenities including self check-in; a 55-inch HDTV with Fire TV, high speed internet, board games/puzzles, outdoor furniture, and a Keurig coffee machine. Close to restaurants, parks, mall shopping, our beautiful riverfront, downtown, Lowertown Arts District, Greenway Bike/Walking Trail, hospitals, breweries, and more. The space This private 2-bed, 1.5 bath home offers a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table seating for six, and a dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer. Tables and chairs are provided on the front porch and out back for those who wish to enjoy the outside. Living Room The living room is a cozy, welcoming space to relax after a day exploring Paducah. Enjoy comfortable seating, a TV with streaming services ready for you to log in along with access to Xfinity Stream which provides basic network television. There is also a selection of books and board games for a relaxing night in. Kitchen & Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook during your stay, plus a Keurig with complimentary coffee pods, sugar, and creamer. Tea bags and an electric kettle are also provided. Enjoy meals or morning coffee at the comfortable dining table. Home Office Space Stay productive with high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace in a nook off the kitchen. Bedrooms The home offers two comfortable bedroom with queen beds. Each room has an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, a ceiling fan, a sound machine, full dressers, and ample closet space. Bathroom In the full bath, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in the tub/shower area. An ample supply of bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes are under the bathroom sink and in a vanity drawer. A hair dryer is provided for convenience. There is an additional half bathroom for your convenience. Laundry Room The home includes a dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer for guest use. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. We also provide a mop, broom, vacuum, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. Outdoor Space Guests can enjoy the two chairs on the front porch. Two portable lawn chairs are in the main hall closet if additional seating is needed. There are also patio tables and chairs on the concrete pad off the back yard. Parking A driveway runs beside the house from the street to a concrete pad in the back yard area. Guests can park anywhere on that driveway. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house. This includes all interior spaces, the charming front porch, and the private backyard. You will also have access to free, dedicated parking in the driveway for your convenience. Other things to note Blink outdoor cameras are located at front and back door entry. The receiver for those is plugged into an outlet in the kitchen. City trash pick-up is on Wednesday morning. I'll come on Tuesday afternoon to roll the outside trash bin to the curb and will return on Wednesday afternoon to move it back behind the house. If you prefer to do this yourself, let me know, but I don't mind to do it. Please note the home is located near a busier street. For light sleepers, sound machines are provided in each bedroom, along with eye masks to ensure a comfortable night’s rest.
